How do I view my tickets on the app?
Log in to the app and go to My Tickets. You'll see the tickets you've bought. At the venue, simply show the digital ticket on your phone for scanning.
How do I transfer tickets to someone else?
Find the event in My Events. If transfers are allowed, tap Transfer, select the ticket you want to send, and choose the recipient. They will then need to accept it.
Why does my ticket say "delivery delay"?
This is a security measure set by the event organizer to prevent reselling and fraud. Your ticket is valid; you just need to wait until closer to the event date for it to become available.
What are some tips for buying tickets?
Log in to your account beforehand with your payment information updated. Stay on one device and don't refresh the page repeatedly.
